The Russian Ministry of Defense announced on Wednesday that 458 Ukrainian warplanes, 245 helicopters, and 5,565 drones have been destroyed since the launch of military operation.
In a statment, the ministry added that dozens of Ukrainian soldiers were killed during the past 24 hours on several frontline axes.
On his part, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov, said, "at the present time there are no reasons to conclude an agreement with Ukraine in the future, and therefore we will continue the military operation."
He added that his country wants to control, in the midst of the military operation in Ukraine, only the Ukrainian regions included in the constitution.
The "Kremlin" - according to its official website - announced that this came during an interview with Dmitry Peskov by the American newspaper "New York Times".
