Sky Sport's correspondent Florian Plettenberg confirmed that the deal will be officially announced on Thursday, emphasizing that the Egyptian is undergoing his medical today.
The journalist posted on X: "Omar Marmoush is undergoing his medical examination today and is expected to sign a contract until 2030. The deal will be officially announced on Thursday."
He added: "As exclusively revealed, Manchester City has agreed to pay a guaranteed €75 million, with an additional €5 million in bonuses. Marmoush will earn approximately €16-17 million annually in total, equivalent to €10 million net per year."
