The third edition of the World Youth Forum (WYF) is expected to take place from 14 to 17 of December, 2019, in Sharm El Sheikh Resort city. The registration for the upcoming event is now open until Nov. 10.
The event is a gathering of hundreds of youth from around the globe. They will discuss and share ideas about Peace, Development and Creativity in Richer and more perse experience.

How the idea was made?
On 25 April 2017, a group of young Egyptians presented an initiative at the National Youth Conference in Ismailia to engage in dialogue with youth around the world.
On 24 July 2017, President Abdel Fattah El Sisi officially responded at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina during the National Youth Conference in Alexandria, launching the First World Youth Forum (WYF).
First World Youth Forum
The World Youth Forum was first held in November 2017 where it engaged youth globally in an enriching set-up, allowing them to exchange views and recommend initiatives to decision-makers and influential figures.
The WYF is attended by a wide range of participants, including and not limited to heads of states and government, international young leaders, inspiring youth in various fields, prominent international figures and youth groups from around the world.
More than 3,000 young people from 113 countries, with a total of 222 speakers from 64 countries with expertise in various fields, gathered in 46 sessions and more than 70 hours of work.
According to the WYF official website, it represents three tracks; peace, development and creativity.
The forum program included six main Pillars that discussed global issues and topics that concerned different youth groups around the world.
In addition, the forum witnessed a simulation of the UN Security Council through WYF-MUN.
Second World Youth Forum
It was held in Sharm El Sheikh from 3-6 November 2018.
Over 5000 young people from different nationalities and backgrounds came to engage and network.
In its second edition, the WYF continued stressing on its role being a platform for youth to voice their opinions about global challenges that face our world today from a youth perspective.
The Model Arab-African Summit (MAAS) was a two days regional summit that took place as part of the forum.
