Israeli Refugees from settlements in northern Israel, near the border with Lebanon, said they are living in "exile" and have no solutions in sight, they say.

Yesterday evening, the Israeli Radio Reshet Bet quoted refugees from settlements in northern Israel, saying, “Those who were evacuated from settlements to stay in hotels or hostels are living day by day, and it is difficult and cruel for them.”

The refugees from the “Kfar Giladi” settlement, located in the Upper Galilee region in northern Israel, explained that they were living in exile imposed on them and that they were informed that they would continue in this exile for the next two months, specifically until the end of next February.

The refugees added that “there are no solutions on the horizon.” Or the solutions before them are invisible,” they say.

It is noteworthy that immediately after the outbreak of war between Hamas and Israel, on October 7, the Israeli government evacuated hundreds of thousands of settlers from the areas surrounding Gaza and the north bordering southern Lebanon, to hotels and hostels, most of which were in the city of Eilat on the Red Sea.
