Rafah Crossing Board Receives 545 Passengers from Gaza Strip

On Tuesday, 545 passengers, including Palestinians, Egyptians, and foreign nationals, arrived at the Rafah board crossing in North Sinai.

The passengers included wounded and sick individuals, Palestinian companions, holders of Egyptian and foreign passports, holders of foreign residency, and solidarity delegations.

According to an official source in North Sinai, 42 wounded Palestinians were brought from Al-Aqsa, European, Nasser, Al-Turki, and Al-Najjar hospitals in the Gaza Strip for treatment in Egyptian hospitals located in the governorates of North Sinai, Ismailia, Suez, Port Said, Cairo, Giza, and Sharqia. Additionally, 29 companions accompanied the wounded passengers.

The source confirmed that 300 Palestinians with residency permits in Egypt and a number of Arab and foreign countries also arrived at the crossing. Meanwhile, about 75 holders of foreign passports and 99 individuals holding Egyptian passports were also among the passengers who arrived on Tuesday.
