Russian President Vladimir Putin issued a decree according to which the assets and funds of unfriendly countries in Russia will be placed at the disposal of the Russian Federal State Property Authority (RSPA), in response to the seizure of Russia's assets by these countries.

The decree stated that this step stems from "the urgent necessity to respond to the illegal measures of the United States and other countries to confiscate or freeze the assets of Russia or its companies and citizens there," according to the Russia Today news channel.

In the decree, it was stated that in the event of such unfriendly acts, the Federal Agency for State Property will be instructed to seize the property and assets of citizens and companies of unfriendly countries in Russia until further notice.

On the other hand, an informed source in the field of the Russian military industry announced that Russia will manufacture a new batch of "Varshavyanka" submarines for its navy.

The Russian "Varshavyanka" submarines are characterized by the fact that they emit very low rates of noise compared to other diesel submarines, as they are covered with special materials that mislead the process of being monitored by the enemy, which made some call them "black hole submarines."
