The skin faces many problems such as dryness, sometimes redness, or cracking during the winter season, which leads to inflammation and darkening as well.
One of the best ways to combat dry winter skin is by intensive care and using moisturizers.
Here are some tips for maintaining moisturized skin in winter:
*Glycerin
Glycerin has many benefits. Drops of lemon juice can be added to it and used on the feet, heels, and elbows to prevent any dryness and maintain distinctive hydration.
*Warm bath
Take a warm bath and rub your heels with a stone, use glycerin or any moisturizing cream for the heels, and baby oil on the skin to maintain the amount of water in the body and get enough water in it.
*Chamomile drink
The chamomile, or Matricaria recutita, can be utilized with a cotton ball to gain soft skin with no inflammation.
*Shea Butter
Make sure to supplement your moisturizing cream with any type of butter, whether shea or peanut butter, as its nutritional elements are beneficial and moisturizing for the skin.
*Rosewater
Rosewater has many benefits for moisturizing the skin, especially the skin of the face and neck, so be sure to use it before bed or in the morning before applying makeup.
*Hands
It is one of the organs that is affected the most by dryness, so be sure to use cleaning fluids enriched with oils and apply a daily moisturizing medicinal cream.
