This morning, Egypt's President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi is set to inaugurate the 3rd Smart Transportation and Logistics Fair & Forum for the Middle East and Africa (TrasMEA 2020), according to Presidency spokesman Bassam Radi.
The spokesman added that the TrasMEA's inauguration coincides with the state's expansion in building new smart cities, and the adoption of modern transport systems that improve road networks' efficiency, reduce travel times, transportation costs, and fuel consumption rates, as well as raising the efficiency of trade exchange, reducing traffic accidents rates, and protecting the environment.
It is worth mentioning that TransMEA 2020, which will run from November 22 to 25, is a leading exhibition and conference bringing together leaders, innovators, influencers, and visionaries of the transport and logistics industries.
TransMEA as part of the renowned Cairo ICT has a unique, cross-sector business environment, fostering exchange between the transport, logistics industries, corporate, and public service sectors.
