President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi said that the Egypt Olympic City in the New Administrative Capital did not exist a few years ago, and he continued: “The place where we were located a few years ago was completely empty land, and our dream was to have sports facilities worthy of Egypt, its status, and its people.”

President Sisi added in his speech at the opening of the Arab Military Equestrian Championship: “Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds. Within 5 years, all the sports facilities that we dreamed of remained in place for an Olympic city in which all international competitions and championships could be organized in accordance with all the standards of the various federations.”

President Sisi continued: “We are talking about all competitions and sports that have facilities suitable for these competitions at the international level.”

He added: “I congratulate Egypt, its people, and ourselves, and I also congratulate the Arab brothers on the fact that we have in our Arab countries sports facilities worthy of our peoples. I welcome all Arab delegations and we are happy to have you with us. I hope that within the organization there will be an opportunity for our brothers to see part of the new administrative capital and some of the destinations.” "other".
