Potato salad with mayonnaise is perfect to serve in "iftar" invitations during Ramadan as so many people like it.
It can be a satisfactory salad or a filling side dish. Here’s one of the best recipes similar to what presented at the most famous restaurants.
Ingredients
½ kilo boiled potato
2 tbsp chopped pickle
4 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp vinegar
Pinch of salt
Pinch of black pepper
Recipe
After the potato is totally dry, cut it into cubes and set aside.
In a bowel add all other ingredients and stir them well till you get a creamy texture.
Add the potato cubes to the mixture and stir gently till all cubes are entirely covered with the white creamy sauce.
Cover the bowl and set in the fridge for 2 hours before serving.
For garnishing, just add some parsley on its top.
