Prime Minister (PM) Moustafa Madbouly sent on Thursday a telegram to President Abdel Fattah El Sisi to congratulate him on the 71th anniversary of July 23rd Revolution.
In the telegram, the prime minister, on behalf of all members of the cabinet, conveyed his heartfelt greetings to President Sisi on this occasion.
He wished Egypt more progress and prosperity.
