Philippine Embassy in Cairo hosts Iftar party

 Philippine Embassy in Cairo organized an Iftar party at the Diplomatic Club of the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

 Philippine Ambassador to Cairo, Ezzedin Tago, welcomed the attendees and the ambassadors of Asian countries to the first Iftar parties organized by the embassies of Asian countries in Egypt.

The Iftar party was attended by ambassadors of Vietnam, Qatar, Singapore, Turkey, Cambodia, Indonesia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Cameroon, Panama, and Myanmar.

The Deputy Ambassador of Saudi Arabia, the Deputy Ambassador of Singapore, the Chargé d'Affaires of the Embassy of Malaysia, the Chargé d'Affaires of the Embassy of Thailand, and the Chargé d'Affaires of the Embassy of Tajikistan also attended.

The Iftar party also was attended by former Foreign Minister Mohamed El-Orabi, Deputy Assistant Foreign Minister for ASEAN Affairs, Ambassador Hazem El-Tahry, Head of Egyptian Radio Mohamed Nawar, Head of Nile International Channel, Taghreed Hussein, Dr. Nahla Al-Saidi, Ambassador Ali Al-Hafny, Ambassador Dina Al-Sehi, Dr. Marian Azar.
