Peanut butter is one of the most beneficial substances that provides the body with energy. It is delicious if eaten alone as well as delicious if made alongside desserts.

Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter and peanut butter until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients, alternating with buttermilk, beginning and ending with the dry mixture. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
