Passant Shawky Recovers from COVID-19

Egyptian actress Passant Shawky, actor Mohamed Farrag’s fiance, announced on Saturday that she recovered from COVID-19.

The actress posted on her Facebook account, "Thankfully, I tested negative, people."

Shawky contracted COVID-19 a few days ago. She expressed on her Facebook account, “Unfortunately, my COVID-19 test result is positive.”

The actress added, “I have no symptoms but I wish everyone who contacted me directly to take care.”

Finally, she apologized if she contacted anyone directly during her infection.

Shawky was among a number of celebrities who contracted COVID-19 during December such as TV presenter Ayaat Abaza, actress Koky Magdy, and Dana Hamdan.
