An Israeli policeman was injured after Palestinians set fire to an Israeli police patrol during the ongoing protests in the Negev in the southern part of Occupied Palestine.

RT reporter reported that, following the setting fire to the Israeli patrol, the police decided to reinforce the deployment of their forces in anticipation of renewed confrontations.

Yesterday night, violent confrontations erupted between the demonstrators and the police, who fired stun grenades and tear gas in the area, with the participation of drones used for the first time.

Israeli horse-mounted teams participated in the suppression of the demonstrators, while polluted water was fired at them to disperse them,  and the police fired rubber bullets, injuring 15 Palestinians with varying degrees of injuries.

The demonstrators condemned the police's violence and repression of the population during their response to bulldozers, bulldozing and violation of the Al-Atrash and Sa'wa lands, and the arrests of dozens of young men, girls, and children.

Palestinian media reported that the police arrested 16 Palestinians after assaulting them, including a girl whom the police dragged and abused.
