The Palestinian presidency stressed on Friday the priority for the Palestinian position is to stop the aggression against our people.
“In response to the plans being circulated in Israel regarding the Gaza Strip on the so-called day after the war, the Palestinian presidency once again affirms the clear and firm Palestinian position that the priority is to stop the aggression against our people in Gaza, the West Bank and Jerusalem," the presidency said in a statement.
It added: "The Palestinian state is independent and its capital is Jerusalem, with all its holy sites. Any plans that go beyond that are completely rejected."
