Our need for water becomes a must in summer whether in its original form, or natural juices as detoxes for keeping our body and skin healthy and fresh.
Here is a list of several tasty and natural juices but make sure to avoid white sugar, and depend on healthy alternatives such as honey.
Moreover, try to reduce the daily quantities of tea and coffee as they work on dropping the level of water inside the body. However, in case of having a cup of tea, make sure to be followed by a cup of water.
The Green Juice (I)
This juice is a light, and detoxing one for the body. It consists of cucumber, celery, parsley, and a half lemon.

The Green Juice (2)
You can blend spinach with parsley or with coriander with half lemon, and half orange after peeling it to make use of its fibers, or you can add orange juice.
PS: you can add fresh green mint for both juices to enhance the taste of the juice.

*The Pink Juice
It is a mixture of the lovely red and pink beetroot. It provides the body with power and helps in purifying the skin.

*The Orange Juice
This one of a mixture between carrot juice and orange juice. To make it, you need to boil the carrots after peeling them. Next, blend them in the mixer with an orange.
