On the occasion of the International Day of the Child, Arab Council for Childhood and Development (ACCD) held a new workshop in cooperation with the Terre de Zoom to discuss the future of the new generations.

“As a part of World Children’s Day celebrations, we operated a fruitful workshop entitled “Lw Kont” on the role of the council in enhancing children’s lives and their rights,”  Hasasan El-Beblawy, the Council Secretary-General, said.

This outreach workshop allows children themselves to discuss their issues and concerns as well as express their hopes and aspirations for the future.

During the workshop, many children from different nationalities and countries opened up about their motivations are, and what their hopes, aspirations, and dreams for the future are, according to El-Beblawy

We also held this workshop to assist them in reconciling their issues so that they can build a future that meets their legitimate aspirations, he explained.

In July, the ACCD and the Terre de Zoom organization witnessed the signing of a cooperation protocol to introduce many young Arab children to new ways of seeing the world.

It's worth mentioning that this protocol falls in line with HRH Prince Abdulaziz bin Talal's broader vision, to improve the children's lives.
