The OIC Assistant Secretary-General for Humanitarian, Social and Cultural Affairs, Ambassador Tarig Ali Bakhit, met with Mustafa Nu’man, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the Republic of Yemen.
The meeting took place on the sidelines of the extraordinary session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) member states in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
During the meeting, both sides discussed ways to enhance cooperation between Yemen and the OIC in humanitarian, social, and cultural fields.
They emphasized the need to continue communication and coordination through reciprocal visits to establish joint programs in these areas.
