Mohamed Fahmy, the lawyer of Syrian megastar Assala, revealed Saturday new details about her porce from her ex-husband, Tarek Al Eryan.
Fahmy told Et Bil Arabi that they were officially porced on December 15, 2020. He noted that there some negligence from Al Eryan as he reached back to them once out of 10.
He pointed out that Assala was the one who sought the porce, noting all procedures are complete.
Fahmy added: "We have submitted requests to the Ministry of Justice to finalize the porce. She was keen to speed things up as much as possible."

On January 6, the Syrian megastar stated that she and her husband have separated. Assala posted a photo of herself with Al Eryan on her Instagram account confirming that “With the utmost regret and sorrow” she has separated from the father of her sons (Adam and Ali).
Rumors and reports have been circulating since October 2019 about their porce after claims that Al Eryan cheated on the Syrian superstar with Syrian actress, Nesreen Tafesh, which she later denied.
