Euro-Med Monitor for Earthquakes said that Marakesh was hit by another 4.6 magnitude earthquake, early Thursday, and it was felt by the citizens in the region.
The organization added that the earthquake took place at 6:53 am and at 10-kilometer depth.
It highlighted that Morocco was struck by various aftershocks, yesterday, and they averaged between 3 and 3.5 magnitude.
Earlier Moroccan authorities announced that the death toll of Saturday's earthquake jumped to 2946, in addition to 5674.
The statement added that the authorities are doing their best to save the injured, housing the homeless, and securing the roads that were impacted by the earthquake.
