Benjamin Netanyahu, Israel’s Prime Minister of Israel, mourned the late President Hosni Mubarak, who passed away, on Tuesday morning, at the age of 91.
Netanyahu said, on his official page on Twitter: “In the name of the Israeli people and the Israeli government, I would like to express my deep sorrow over the death of former Egyptian President Mohamed Hosni Mubarak. President Mubarak was a personal friend of mine and a leader who led his people towards peace and security and towards peace with Israel. ”
The Israeli Premier added, "On behalf of the Israeli people and the Israeli government, I would like to express my deep sorrow over the departure of former Egyptian President Mohamed Hosni Mubarak."

He went on to say I had met with the late leader many times and made a strong impression of his commitment to this peace. We will continue to move forward on this joint path.
"I would like to extend my condolences to President El-Sisi, to the Mubarak family and to the Egyptian people," he said.
