"Fatah" a Palestinian national movement and the main faction of the Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO) calls its members and all categories of the Palestinian people to challenge the Flag March that will be mounted tomorrow Tuesday in Arab districts in Jerusalem by extremist Jewish colonialists.
The movement stresses the importance of rubbing shoulders among the Palestinians to defend the Holy city (Jerusalem) and Islamic and Christian shrines in the occupied city.
Fatah issued today, Monday, a statement said that Jerusalem is a red line meanwhile, the Palestinian people have the solid will and insist on fighting Israeli occupation in Jerusalem and all Palestinian territories to topple its imperialist machinations.
The Central Committee of Fatah put full responsibility for exploding the situation in Jerusalem on the shoulders of the Israeli government.
The committee urges the international community to intervene hastily to stop this hysteria that threatens to explode the whole region.
It stressed that the resilient Palestinian people face the Zionist Israeli fascists and defeat their plots.
On the other hand, the national Palestinian forces behind the Green Line (referred to areas occupied by Israel before 1948) enticed the people to head in big numbers for Jerusalem tomorrow, Tuesday, to defend the Al-Aqsa Mosque (the third holiest shrine in Islam) against the storming of the Israeli colonialists over the Flag March.
Also, The Follow-up Committee and the national and Islamist Forces call for making tomorrow, Tuesday, a day of indignation across Palestine.
The committee demands the resistant factions in Both the Gaza Strip and Lebanon to mobilize to prevent the Flag March in Jerusalem.
Israeli media outlets indicated that the new security minister in Israel and Commissioner of the Israeli Police met today, Monday to discuss special measurements related to the Flag March.
The Israeli Cabinet (a minor government that comprises ministers concerned with security affairs) convenes Monday to debate the same file hours ahead of launching that march.
