Japanese Coast Guard said North Korea fired two missiles believed to be ballistic in the early hours of Monday morning.
In a statement, Japanese Coast Guard added that the two missiles launched by North Korea have already fallen, and no information is available about their type at this stage, and their flight took about 5 minutes.
According to Japanese NHK television, the missiles fell outside Japan's exclusive economic zone.
It is worth mentioning that, North Korea's last ballistic launch was on January 14, at which time Pyongyang tested a solid-fuel missile with a hypersonic guided warhead.
