Most of us got used to having a cup of tea or coffee first thing in the morning in order to stay alert and focused throughout the day.
With the harsh climate and extremely hot weather, here are some refreshing drinks that will keep you awake and boost your energy.
* Grapes Coffee Drink
Black grapes have many benefits, as it purifies the blood, maintains the level of sugar in the blood, and strengthens the bones.
It also fights against various cancerous diseases. In addition, the instant coffee is a good stimulant, and honey has many health benefits.
*Ingredients
10 black grapes
1 tbsp instant coffee
1 tbsp honey
1/2 cup of boiling water
Cup of ice water
*Instruction
Dissolve instant coffee in half a cup of boiling water, adding the honey.
In the blender, add the grapes, ice water, instant coffee and mix them together.
Now you can enjoy the drink with crushed ice in the morning or afternoon.

* Mint Iced Tea
Red tea has numerous benefits, being a stimulant drink. The drink is preferable to being served cold during the summer.
*Instruction
Boil a liter of water, then add green mint sticks to it.
You better have it without sugar, but you can add honey to increase its nutritional value and sweeten it.
Once you are done, you can filter the mixture and place it in the refrigerator.

*Green tea with lemon
Boil a liter of water, then add 2 tbsp of green tea, and slices of lemon without peeling after washing and removing the seeds.
Sweeten the drink with honey, and serve it cold throughout the day.
