Hamza beat the Hong Kong champions in the final 15-10.
The tournament was held in Acapulco, Mexico, from 5 to 7 May.
Hamza beat the Italian champions 15-8 in the semi-finals, and in the quarter-finals beat the Chinese champions 8-15.
A total of 203 players participated in the singles competition and 27 countries in the team competition
