Two new explosions rocked the largest American bases in Syria after it was subjected to a new missile attack that directly targeted it.

Local sources reported to Sputnik, A Russian news agency, that a missile bombardment targeted the base of the "Al-Omar" oil field in the eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor, the largest illegal base occupied by the US army in Syria, with a number of missiles.

The sources explained that the operation was completed despite the great alert that the American bases in eastern Syria were experiencing as a result of the attacks they were subjected to, against the backdrop of the war launched by the Israeli army on the Gaza Strip.

The two explosions at the base of the Al-Omar oil field were followed by intense US Army helicopter and drone flights in the skies of the towns “nearing the Syrian city of Deir ez-Zor.”

The Pentagon (US Defense Department) spokesman announced, Tuesday evening, that their forces had been subjected to twenty-seven attacks in Iraq and Syria since last October 17.
