Dr. Nevin Al-Kabbaj, Minister of Social Solidarity and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Fund for Combating and Treating Addiction and Misuse, confirmed that "5 volunteer homes" were opened and operated in the universities of "Cairo - Helwan, Sohag, Zagazig - South Valley".
Shes added that those houses aim at educating approximately 150 thousand students annually. I t is worth noting that the "Village Without Addiction" initiative was launched within the national project for the development of the Egyptian countryside, "A Decent Life", targeting "409 villages".
This came during Dr. Nevin Al-Kabbaj's launch of a new phase of the "You are Stronger Than Drugs" campaign, with the voluntary participation of international star Mohamed Salah, striker of the national team and Liverpool FC.
