Minister of Defense meets number of leaders, officers of armed forces

 Minister of Defense and Military Production General Mohamed Zaki met with a number of commanders and officers of the Armed Forces in the Central Military Region, in the presence of Lieutenant General Osama Askar, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, commanders of the main branches, and a number of senior commanders of the Armed Forces.

The meeting comes within the framework of continuous following up of the work system within the armed forces, and discussing methods for developing performance and capabilities to enable them to fulfill national tasks and responsibilities to protect the nation and preserve its sanctities.

The meeting included a presentation by a number of leaders of the armed forces, which addressed a number of topics related to the efforts of the armed forces in protecting Egyptian national security, as well as work methods within the armed forces and procedures for developing and modernizing them. The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces honored a number of leaders and officers in appreciation of their efforts in performing the tasks assigned to them.
