Ministry of Immigration and Expatriates’ Affairs has been following up health condition of an Egyptian citizen living in Ukraine.

In a response to a message posted on Facebook, the migration minister instructed the concerned parties to offer necessary care to safe life of an Egyptian national whose initials are A.A.M.A.

The sick expat suffered a brain stroke and received no medical treatment at the momentomoment.

Thus, his colleague posted on social media platforms a message urging the Egyptian authorities’ help to save his friend’s life.

Major General Mazen Fahmi, Foreign Minister Deputy for Expats’ Affairs, communicated with the Egyptian Community’s Head in Ukraine Ali Bayoumi.

Fahmi called on Bayoumi to refer the sick young man’s case to a well-trained physician in Keeve where he is being treated currently.

The diplomat confirmed that the Egyptian embassy is aware of the case in detail.

“Needed coordination is already carried out to help the sick’s father fly to Keeve to reassure his son,” Fahmi said.

He pointed out that the young man underwent a brain catheter in the brain.

Noteworthy, the ministry launched last week a program for a delegation of the Egyptian expats in Ukraine.

The program included an educational session on the Egyptian national security at the Nasser Military Academy as well as several visits to Suez Canal to learn about the internal situation in Egypt and the challenges Egypt faces in the current period.
