On Wednesday, Michelle and Barack Obama participated at the Democratic National Convention, which included a gathering for Kamala Harris supporters across the US to turn out and vote to defeat Donald Trump in November.
Michelle Obama said: "Hope is making a comeback," praising Kamala and her qualities to be the first ever female US President.
The former US First Lady stressed: "We need to vote in numbers that erase any doubt," she said. "We need to overwhelm any effort to suppress us."
On his side, the former US President Barack Obama emphasised America's preparedness for a "new chapter", adding: "We are ready for a President Kamala Harris. And Kamala Harris is ready for the job."
In the same context, John F Kennedy's grandson, Jack Schlossberg, participated in the event, showing his ultimate support to Harris.
