France's President Emanuel Macron And Germany's Chancellor Angela Merkel urged today, Monday, all countries across the world to support the idea of reaching an international treaty to prevent pandemics during the period to come.

The French president said that he convinces of the importance of enabling the World Health Organization (WHO) to inspect urgently all counties in the case of breakout diseases that are likable to become pandemics there.

Macron stressed that the experts of the WHO must reach all data linked to diseases.

He and Merkel called in separated recorded messages conceding with the annual ministerial meeting of the member-states of the WHO.

The two leaders suggested improving funding of the organizations and supporting the idea of an international treaty.

During the G-20 summit last November, the Head of the European Council Charles Michael presented the idea of that treaty which should also include the availability of vaccines, medicines, and medical examinations in a just comprehensive manner.

Over last February, Prime Minister of the United Kingdom (UK) Boris Johnson said that all the world powers must work hard to sign an international treaty to prevent pandemics.

This treaty ensures suitable transparency in the areas where dangerous diseases arise as it has happened in Wuhan, the epicenter of the Coronavirus (known also as COVID-19) which was detected lately in 2019.

The British Premier added then that he thought the world needs a general accord to follow up the data related to the animal-origin pandemics.

Johnson indicated that such a treaty is an attractive idea to suggest an international treaty on pandemics.

In March, twenty-three leaders of countries and the WHO expressed readiness to sign an international treaty to support other countries to fight future health emergencies such as COVID-19.

Johnson pointed out that the superpowers in the world should sign a treaty on the pandemics to ensure transparency in the period that follows coronavirus.
