Yoga practice originated in India circa 3000 B.C. Stone-carved figures of yoga postures can be found in the Indus Valley depicting the original poses and practices.
There is a broad variety of yoga schools, practices, and goals. The word "yoga" is derived from Sanskrit and means to join or to unite, symbolizing the union of body and consciousness.
On 11 December 2014, the United Nations proclaimed 21 June as the International Day of Yoga by resolution 69/131.

Today, it is practiced in various forms around the world and continues to grow in popularity.

She studied sociology in Cairo University, Business Administration in the American University in Cairo, and when she met her Guru Mr. Baharat Singh, he taught her the pranic healing (the energy therapy), the spiritual healing, the yoga techniques, physiology, Body Anatomy, Chakra Anatomy, and all the secrets for balancing the spirit, mind and body of the human beings.
She met her Guru while she was in college in Egypt by chance, or by fate as she believes and he adopted her technically.
A great role
He is the one who discovered her healing gift, as she can heal anybody by touching or even thinking of him or her and sending positive healing energy, and that’s how they heal people all over the world.
She used to heal her family and friends since she was a kid.
