Mane Sends Senegal into AFCON Last 8

Sadio Mane scored as Senegal defeated Uganda to book their place in the last 8 of the Africa Cup of Nations.

Liverpool star Mane opened the scoring only after 15 minutes through a left-foot shot from the inside of the box, past Cranes' goalkeeper Onyango.

The 27-year-old footballer came close to doubling his side advantage through a penalty shootout which was denied by Uganda's keeper Onyango in the 60th minute.

Four minutes later, Uganda came close to equalizing the scoring after a serious corner for the cranes.
