Cooking has its own magic and secrets. Every cuisine has its own ways of enriching the flavors. However, there are essential rules, and healthy means to make cooking faster, easier, and more enjoyable. Through this feature, you will come across some of them.

Make sure to use fresh and seasonal vegetables in cooking for your family to have a better taste.

Depend on healthy and natural fats like butter, oil, ghee, and virgin oil.

Make sure of the presence of a cool spot in your kitchen to be your storage for pasta, legumes, and spices because heat may harm your products.

Don't restore your spices for more than 6 months to keep their special flavors.

Wash fresh herbs like rosemary, thyme, and cilantro, and dry them. Then, wrap or roll the herbs in kitchen towels so that you cover the entire herb, then store them in a ziploc bag in the fridge. You can keep them for 5 days.

To have perfectly boiled eggs make sure to wash the eggs in lukewarm water before boiling them. Make them in boiling water for one minute, turn off the heat, and cover them for 5 minutes before serving them.

To get rid of the poultry smell from chicken, make sure to rub the chicken with lemon and salt, and don't use water.

After cleaning the ducks and geese, rub them with tomatoes.

While making the cake, add a teaspoon of vinegar to the eggs to get rid of their smell.

To have the best homemade beans, avoid soaking them, just wash them well, and change the washing water several times before cooking.

Don't forget to preheat the oven before making your cake to get the suitable temperature

Make sure to keep your flour in fridge to keep it fresh, in addition, you can use it as an urgent treatment for simple burns.
