Arsenal officially announced the signing of England international winger Noni Madueke from Chelsea.
Madueke completed his medical test in London shortly after being permitted to leave Chelsea’s 2025 FIFA Club World Cup camp.
He signed a five-year contract until 2030. The deal is worth an initial £48 million, with performance-related add-ons potentially taking the total offer to £52m.
Madueke told Arsenal’s official website, “I’m somebody who goes with my gut feeling a lot of the time, and I feel like it’s steered me in the right direction.”
“So, I don’t think it’s going to be any different here. I think it’s going to be a great success, and I’m really happy to be here.”
The sale marks the end of the player's short run with Chelsea for Madueke, who joined the Blues from PSV Eindhoven for £29m in 2023.
He scored 20 goals in 92 appearances across all competitions.
