French President Emmanuel Macron will receive his Serbian counterpart, Aleksandar Vucic at the Elysee, to discuss Serbia’s European integration and relations between Belgrade and Kosovo.
It is expected that the Serbian President will arrive at the presidential palace in Paris at around eight in the evening to make a joint statement to the media, followed by a dinner with his host.
Emmanuel Macron “on this occasion reaffirms his full support for and commitment to Serbia’s European integration,” noting that “the normalization of relations with Kosovo is an integral part of the accession process” to the European Union.
The two presidents are expected to “discuss strengthening bilateral cooperation in the field of defence, energy, innovation and artificial intelligence,” according to the Elysee statement.
