300 gm powdered liquorice
1 tsp Sodium carbonate

In a large bowl, add all components and stir them together till they form a paste.
For fermentation, add the paste in a clean cloth then fasten it well and set in another bowl for 1 hour.
After that, add 15 cups of cold water to the bowl without loosening the cloth and set for another 1 hour.
Squeeze the cloth well inside the bowl then get it out. Pour your cool juice and enjoy the taste!
