Next Thursday ... the whole world with all its religions and sects led by Al-Azhar Grand Iman Dr. Ahmed al-Tayyeb and head of the Catholic Church and sovereign of the Vatican City State Pope Francis will pray to God to save humanity from the dreaded Coronavirus.

This call that brings all believers on earth in one prayer is not something ODD or STRANGE, as al-Tayyeb and Francis had signed before "A Document on Human Fraternity for world peace and living together", the most important document in the history of the relationship between Islam and Christianity.

Next Thursday… the world will respond to this invitation to be a global day of prayers and supplications … All people around the world will take part in this initiative from their homes to emphasize brotherhood and to avoid any disputes or conflicts. We are all brothers, and this pandemic that confronts the whole world should unite us not to separate us.

We will all pray to God with one voice, to preserve mankind and to help us defeating and overcoming this virus that has so far infected about 4 million people around the world, and killed about 300,000… it is still hardly hitting and closing the world economies, even the strong empires and great powers with their superior health systems are harshly suffering from this virus that cannot be seen with naked eyes.

We will fulfill the Al-Azhar Grand Imam's call to all the peoples of the earth to sincerely pray to God Almighty to lift the scourge of Coronavirus COVID-19, and to help doctors and scholars in their efforts to reach a proper drug for this pandemic… and Pope Francis's call not to be afraid, saying "Do not be afraid, do not yield to fear. This is the message of hope. It is addressed to us today. These are the words that God repeats to us this very night."

It will be a great day that will gather all world peoples in a wonderful moment of human solidarity… we will forget about our differences and disputes, praying to God with sincere hearts to protect us from the evil of this dreaded virus and to help our scientists to successfully find a vaccine that will protect us from this pandemic and a drug to relieve our patients' pain.

I pray to God to accept our prayers and supplications..O God, could you please lend us a hand, and protect us from this evil ?!..

Al-Azhar Grand Imam and Pope Francis's invitation embodies all the meanings of humanity and love, as they represent the major two religions in the world; it also affirms that, despite our differences, we all know that GOD  is the only solution for this pandemic.
