Lebanon is celebrated for delicious desserts, so, food blogger Mona Elsaeed presents easy and tasty Lebanese dessert that known as Layali Lubnan (Lebanese Nights).

Ingredients:
1 Liter of full cream milk
1 teacup and quarter of semolina flour (Make sure to add the semolina gradually to reach the balanced texture of the mixture)
¾ Cup of sugar
Optional additions: 1 tablespoon of rosewater, or 2 pieces of mastic or vanilla
Preparation:
Put milk on heat with semolina and mix well to keep it balanced, then add the sugar on low heat in ban made from non-sticking material. Keep mixing the liquid until it form the same texture of Mahlabiya. Finally, add your favorite flavors.
Pour the mixture in a skillet or tray with moveable edges and keep it in the fridge for two hours, don’t forget to add some syrup.
For preparing topping cream for the recipe:
½ Liter of milk with three tablespoons of sugar and one packet from wiping cream, and then add more cream, or use only one of them.
For making cream, you can blend milk, flour, and sugar together and then add Baladi cream or packed cream and refrigerate the mixture.
You can add grinded pistachio and syrup on the topping cream over the Lebanese Nights dessert.
