Russian Foreign Minister (FM) Sergey Lavrov said on Tuesday that Russia and the United States (US) are unable to a normal path of a conversation due to the confrontational course assumed by US President Joe Biden.
In an interview with the Russian news agency 'TASS', Lavrov said, "Maintaining a normal dialogue with Biden administration, which declares that the strategic defeat of our country is one of its goals, has become objectively impossible," noting that Washington's "anti-Russian path continues to take a sharper and comprehensiveness character”
The top Russian diplomat noted that "Russian-American relations are in a really deplorable state, as they had almost stalled due to Washington."
