Russian Foreign Minister (FM) Sergey Lavrov said that Moscow is working to strengthen relations with Egypt, India, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and African countries.
In his speech before "Duma", Lavrov added that relations with China have reached an unprecedented historical level of strategic cooperation.
Moreover, he noted that the majority of countries in the world do not want to live under a system dominated by the West, calling for ensuring a multipolar world.
Earlier, Russian top diplomat had made it clear that his country would continue to press for the removal of what he described as "artificial and illegal obstacles" imposed by the United States (US) and its allies in the way of the financial and logistical chains necessary for the supply of Russian fertilizers and food within global markets.
