Kuwaiti actress Intisar Al-Sharrah died, Saturday, in London, after a struggle with disease. She was 59.
Al-Sharrah's health condition had deteriorated while receiving treatment in London; she was transferred to a hospital there after suffering health problems in Kuwait, according to reports.
The actress is considered a legend of comedy in her home country. She is known for her comedic roles, which brought joy to the hearts of many through plays, series, and TV shows.
Among her most significant works are "By Bye London", "Aintakhabuu Um Ali", "Baed Alasel" as well as other works that had a massive effect on Kuwaiti people in particular, and Arabs in general.
She started her career in 1980.
