The Kuwaiti Ministry of Health announced the detection of a Cholera case. The patient suffered from some Cholera symptoms after being abroad.
In a statement by the Ministry of Health, it added that the patient is receiving treatment in the hospital.
Moreover, the required protocols are applied to people who were in direct contact with the case.
The Ministry asserted that there is no possibility of the disease emerging in the country, urging citizens to be careful in case heading to any country sees the breakout of the disease. In addition, it asked travelers abroad to make sure of the sources of water.
Finally, it revealed that people who suffer from fever, or diarrhea for seven days after arriving from any country has the disease.
