King Salman Relief and Humanitarian Center (KSRelief) signed a $40 million USD financial support agreement with the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) via video conference. The agreement aims to support UNRWA's emergency livesaving operations in the Gaza Strip.
The funding will provide food for more than 250,000 people and tents for 20,000 families.
Since the outbreak of the war in the Gaza Strip, up to 1.7 million people, or over 75 per cent of the population, have been displaced, some of them multiple times.
