Kremlin Says Ukraine Being Inconsistent Regarding Peace Talks

On Monday, the Kremlin accused Ukraine of being inconsistent regarding the issues that have been agreed upon at peace talks.

"Contacts continue at an expert level within the framework of the negotiation process," Dmitry Peskov, the Kremlin Spokesperson.

"Unfortunately the Ukrainian side is not consistent in terms of the points that have been agreed," Peskov added.

He followed up by saying that Kyiv is constantly changing its position and the trend of the negotiating process.
