The Russian President, Vladimir Putin, will meet with United Nations (UN) Secretary-General Antonio Guterres in Moscow on April 26, Kremlin said.
“On Tuesday, April 26, the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, will arrive in Moscow for talks with Russian Foreign Minister, Sergei Lavrov,” Kremlin added in a statement.
"UN chief will also be received by Russian President Vladimir Putin," the statement added.
Earlier, the UN delivered two letters to the Russian and Ukrainian missions to the international organization, requesting preparations for two separate meetings between the UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres and Presidents Vladimir Putin and Volodymyr Zelensky; to discuss ways to stop the conflict.
