John Kirby, US National Security Advisor said on Sunday that the United States is not at war in Yemen, noting that the measures are aimed at stopping Houthi threats and are in line with UN laws.
Kirby said, "The Houthis still have offensive capabilities, but they must make the right decision or we will continue our operations," according to American network "NBC News"
He added: "We know that if it were not for Iran's support for the Houthis, we would not have seen these attacks in the Red Sea."
