Jordan Sends 45-Truck Aid Convoy to Gaza

A new convoy of humanitarian aid from Jordan, consisting of 45 trucks, has arrived in Gaza on the eve of Eid al-Adha.

The aid was organized by the Jordanian Armed Forces - Arab Army and the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization, with support from various organizations, companies, and institutions.

According to the Jordan News Agency (Petra), the convoy carried essential food packages and flour, which will be distributed to the residents of Gaza through local charities and partner organizations.

Hussein Al-Shibli, Secretary-General of the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization, stated that the organization is committed to continuously delivering aid received from various countries, organizations, and humanitarian agencies.

He also noted that the total number of trucks that have entered Gaza by land has reached 1,970, along with 53 planes that have arrived through Al-Arish airport.
