The UK expressed its concerns about the "growing violence" in the latest Jerusalem crisis, Prime Minister Boris Johnson tweeted on Wednesday.
He said: "UK is deeply concerned by the growing violence and civilian casualties and we want to see an urgent de-escalation of tensions."
In his tweet, the prime minister asked both Palestinian and Israeli parties to stop the rising conflict between them. He posted: "I am urging Israel and the Palestinians to step back from the brink and for both sides to show restraint."

The fights between both Palestinians and Israeli fight are still on fire after Gaza directed over 100 missiles over Israeli territories. This action was met by dozens of Israeli raids on the stripe leaving behind dozens of casualities.
